What is the best way to book?


What do I need to have ready for the detailers?

A guaranteed workspace.

Where we can park our van front to back, side by side or perpendicular to your car.

The client does not need to provide us with anything.

We have our own water and power supply.



How far in advance do I need to book?

We are normally booked 3-4 days in advance.

Please call 213.421.6181 for same-day or next-day appointments, but it is not guaranteed.

Why hasn’t my detailer arrived yet?

We value your time and want to make sure we accommodate your busy schedule.

Our detailers may occasionally encounter unexpected traffic, or may be running late due to unforeseen circumstances.

We will notify you if there are any delays like this occur.



How long does each package take?

ESSENTIAL - 1-1.5 hours

EXO - 1.5-2 hours

PREMIUM- 2-2.5 hours

ULTIMATE - 3-4 hours

*Times may vary depending on whether 1 or 2 detailers are assigned for the job.



Can hard water spots or bird poop be removed with Birds packages?

Yes and no.

Yes, if the hard water spots or bird poop have been on the surface for 1-2 weeks.

Anything after may need a machine polishing.


How does cancellation or rescheduling work?

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of $25 of the service cost.

If you can reschedule for another day, no cancellation fee will be applied.


What are the payment methods?

We take cash, credit card, checks or Venmo. Whichever payment is convenient for you.

Are the tips included in the pricing? 

Tips are not included in the packages.
